claude mcp add lean-memory -e LM_DATA_ROOT=... -- uvx lean-memory

Run in your project folder. Add --scope user to use it everywhere.

Claude Desktop, Cursor & other clients

Add to claude_desktop_config.json or .cursor/mcp.json.
