claude mcp add mcp-server-fathom -e FATHOM_API_KEY=... -e MCP_HOST_BRIDGE_STATE=... -e MINDSTONE_REBEL_BRIDGE_STATE=... -- npx -y @mindstone/mcp-server-fathom

Run in your project folder. Add --scope user to use it everywhere.

Claude Desktop, Cursor & other clients

Add to claude_desktop_config.json or .cursor/mcp.json.
