claude mcp add yourmemory -e PYTHONIOENCODING=... -- uvx yourmemory

Run in your project folder. Add --scope user to use it everywhere.

Claude Desktop, Cursor & other clients

Add to claude_desktop_config.json or .cursor/mcp.json.
