Turn any RSS feed into email

Use case This workflow automatically turns any RSS feed into a newsletter. It send an email every time a new post is published to an RSS feed in the last hour. I have been using this personally to follow Derek Sivers and Anil Dash, who don't have newsletters. Help me set up the n8n workflow "Turn any RSS feed into email" (https://n8n.io/workflows/2144). It uses: Gmail. Import the template JSON into my n8n instance, list every credential I need to create, and walk me through testing it.
